The role
We are looking for an operator-level co-founder to lead and scale one of BDC's core verticals — business infrastructure, the academy, or our SaaS products. You will own strategy, operations, and growth for your vertical with full equity participation. This is not a role for people who need to be managed.

Work directly on product decisions and UI/UX design across BDC's SaaS tools — Trakkr, HBOS, and LearnLoop. This is not a training exercise. You will work on real products used by real operators and contribute to shipped work.
